By accessing our website, making a reservation, or attending an experience, you agree to these terms.
1. About Odd Goose Table
Odd Goose Table creates reservation-based dining and hospitality experiences designed around gathering, shared moments, and curated events.
References to "we", "our", and "Odd Goose Table" refer to the brand and its operators.
References to "guest", "you", and "your" refer to any person accessing the website or attending an experience.
2. Reservations
Reservations are required for attendance unless stated otherwise.
Reservations are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
Reservation availability is limited and places are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
Reservation confirmation and event communication will be sent using the contact information provided during booking.
3. Reservation Pricing
Reservation pricing may be released in phases.
Different reservation releases may carry different pricing while providing access to the same core experience.
Pricing differences between releases do not qualify for refunds, credits, or adjustments.
4. Experience Details
Event details including venue, timing, menus, collaborators, and experience elements may evolve before the event date.
Odd Goose Table reserves the right to make reasonable changes where required to deliver the intended experience.
Such changes do not automatically qualify for refunds.
5. Guest Information
Guests are responsible for ensuring reservation information is accurate.
By submitting guest details, you confirm that you have authority to provide that information.
Guests are responsible for reviewing event communications and updates before attendance.
6. Dietary Requirements & Allergies
We accommodate allergies and dietary requirements wherever possible when communicated in advance.
Guests remain responsible for providing accurate dietary information during reservation.
While reasonable care is taken, we cannot guarantee completely allergen-free environments.
7. Arrival & Attendance
Arrival windows will be communicated before the event.
Late arrival may affect participation in certain parts of the experience.
Reservations remain subject to event timing and experience flow.
8. Seating
Odd Goose Table experiences are intentionally designed around shared long-table hospitality.
Seating is allocated by the team to create a balanced experience.
Guests reserving together will be seated together where reasonably possible.
9. Guest Conduct
We want every guest to enjoy the experience.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests whose behaviour:

Damages property

Harasses guests or staff

Violates venue requirements
Removal from an experience does not entitle a guest to a refund.
10. Photography & Content
Photography and content may be captured during experiences.
By attending, you acknowledge that event content may be used for:

Promotional materials

Event recaps
Guests who prefer not to appear should notify the team on arrival and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate this preference.
11. Collaborators & Third Parties
Selected experiences may include collaborators, sponsors, venues, and hospitality partners.
Odd Goose Table is not responsible for independent products, services, or communications offered by third parties.
12. Weather & External Conditions
Some experiences may take place outdoors or in venue environments affected by weather and external conditions.
Reasonable adjustments may be made to preserve the experience where required.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, photography, event concepts, copy, graphics, and materials belong to Odd Goose Table unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Odd Goose Table is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:
